MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We are sorry that your item is damaged / incorrect and for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service team directly and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any product to us within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your items are in their original condition, unworn with all labels, and in their original packaging.
To register your return - or exchange, we offer you several options to return your parcel to us through our return portal HERE
Please be aware that returns are not free. In case of multiple orders to be returned, or returns from outside of the European Union, please contact: customercare@aimsoflife.com.
Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed promptly and you can expect a notification regarding the refund within 1 to 2 working days after receipt.
If the return is shipped without a tracking number, we cannot be held liable for missing items. In case of a return label created via our return portal, the package is automatically traceable by our Support department.

We strongly advise that you return your parcel via a regular parcel carrier so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto the receipt/shipping number as it is proof of shipment. If the return is not shipped without track & trace service we cannot be held liable for missing items.
After the return is received at our warehouse, we will process your return promptly and refund you directly to the payment method you used to order with.
Can I make an exchange?
Currently, it's not possible to exchange an item. We recommend that you place a new order for the desired item and return the original order promptly.
Returning orders outside the EU for orders over €150
For returns outside the EU, we collaborate with our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. To initiate a return, please contact Onlinetaxfree.com at customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com. Onlinetaxfree.com will send you the return label. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Print the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
Step 2: Print the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
Step 3: Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
Step 4: Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
Step 5: Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
Step 6: Take your package to a UPS location.

Refund Policy for Non-EU Countries with Orders Over €150
Onlinetaxfree.com handles the tax refund process for Royal RepubliQ. If you return or refuse your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.
Royal RepubliQ will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label and minus the cost of re-importation.
